Ours cuts through the AI hype, doom, and technical jargon, in a clear manner, to provide you with practical insights you are easy and clear to understand.

2. Why would I pay for your services when I could also use AI?
You absolutely can use AI tools for the same activities yourself. The challenge is that with outputs from AI, it can be hard to know what to trust, what applies to your situation, and what’s just guesswork.
What you’re paying us for is our expertise, delivered by the human filtering and interpretation. We guide the AI, check the outputs, remove hype, and sanity-check against real job market data and trends. Crucially, we turn it into clear, relevant, actionable guidance tailored to your job and career stage.
AI can generate information, but can it help with the clarity, accuracy, and direction you need?

We review our guiding session quarterly to ensure the content reflects the latest AI tools, trends, and workplace impacts.
4. Can your services guarantee a career that won’t be halted by AI?
No one can guarantee such job security. Our services use available information to present realistic scenarios and potential opportunities but we do not, and cannot, provide any guarantees.

Our Ready, Set, AI services are not regulated career guidance or legal or financial advice. They are designed to offer structured guidance, perspective, and practical tools to help you think through career decisions, clarify goals, and move forward with confidence. Any actions you take based on the content of our services are entirely your own. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic damage or losses - please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

6. How detailed is your CV analysis?
Our CV analysis uses AI to help summarise your skills, experience, strengths, and transferable abilities. Then our team review and refine the results using real recruitment information and/or sector knowledge. Overall, our analysis is careful and detailed enough to provide you with tailored career options that reflect both your background and what employers are actually looking for.

7. How reliable is your CV analysis?
The accuracy of our CV analysis depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. For meaningful results, your CV must fairly and accurately reflect your career history, skills, experience, and qualifications. Verifying the information you submit is not our responsibility or part of our service. Incomplete or inaccurate content does affect outcomes.
8. How safe is the CV analysis?
We are data privacy experts so we take privacy very seriously! Before using AI, we remove personal information from your CV, such as your name, contact details, address, and any other identifying data. (Brand and company names, employment dates and other information typically available in your public-facing career profiles, such as on LinkedIn, may not be removed).
We do not enter your personal data into AI tools, and your CV is never used to train AI models. Your information remains confidential and is handled securely in line with our privacy practices - please read our Privacy Notice for further information and contact us if you have any questions.

9. How accurate are your AI-powered career predictions?
They’re based on current market trends and transferable skills. While predictions aren’t perfect and cannot be guaranteed, they give a realistic, actionable starting point. We then apply our expertise to filter and interpret the information, including against real job market data and trends.

10. How many versions of the information will you provide?
Each price is for one version of the deliverables (for example, a personalised career plan or refreshed CV) and one viewing of our guided session video. If you request revisions, updates, additional versions or any repeat of our services, these must be purchased again, in the same manner and the same terms apply.

11. What if my current skills aren’t enough for future roles, or you can’t identify suitable opportunities?
If our AI-based CV analysis and market research indicates that your current skills are not well aligned with available roles - or if we cannot identify realistic opportunities, recruiters, or a viable career plan based on your experience - we will still support you by recommending practical next steps. This may include realistic options such as upskilling, retraining, repositioning your experience, or pivoting into related roles that are more achievable in the current AI-era job market.

12. Why can't I get a refund if you cannot deliver the results you mention?
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, the outcomes we discuss cannot be guaranteed. Our fees cover the time, expertise, and bespoke work we provide, regardless of outcome. Because our services are personalised and delivered based on your individual circumstances, refunds are not available. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

13. Why do I have to pay you for the CV review when AI will do all the work and/or I could get AI to do all the work myself?
AI does not do all the work! It helps us start the process quickly, but it doesn’t finish the job. It can miss context, misunderstand experience, and produce confident-sounding but unrealistic career suggestions, and the overlay of our human expertise is actually what you are paying for.
We review the AI output, check it for accuracy and relevance, and turn it into clear, personalised guidance you can actually use. We focus on roles that make sense for your skills, your sector, and the real job market.
Could you do it yourself? Possibly, but most people waste hours experimenting with prompts, sorting through contradictory answers, and still end up unsure what to trust. We save you time, reduce stress, and give you a well-checked, professional result - quickly!

14. Will your AI skills training teach me how to code or just use AI tools?
It will give you practical workplace AI skills by introducing you to using AI effectively and responsibly, rather than coding.
